Ingredients:                                        


1 kilo of tomatoes

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped 

1 cup of parsley, finely chopped

1 cup of scallions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon oregano, finely chopped

1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped

1 cup breadcrumbs, finely ground

1 cup flour

1 egg

200 grams of feta cheese

1/3 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon freshly ground pepper



Directions:


This recipe is very alike the previous one – Zuccini Balls – but instead it has many herbs and only tomato.

You cook it the same way as previous recipe.


Tip:


My grandma was also adding sometimes in this recipe fava lentil mixing them very well. The taste is a little bit stronger. Fully recommended for the summer period
