Directions: This dish as well as the cooking is the same as in the spinach and cheese pie recipe. Only the mix is a little bit different: Combine the pumpkin, rice, sugar, sultanas, cinnamon and cloves in a big bowl. Bake in 200°C or 180°C pan in the oven for 1 hour. Mix the warmed water and honey and pour on top, 10 minutes after the pie is cooled. Tip: “Kolokithopita” is not one of the “mainstream” Greek Recipes.
