Directions: Preheat oven to 180C. Rinse the lamp head and pat dry. In the pan place two layers of paper foil, salt and pepper the heads and place them one next to the other. Mix the lemon juice, the oregano and the oil and pour them evenly on top of the heads, distributing evenly across the pan. Fold them with the paper foil and tie them with string. Pour some extra oil on the paper foil and let them cook for an hour and a half at 175C. Serve them warm. Tip: You may serve them with mustard and Greek salad.
