Directions: Clean the shrimps well, remove the cover and the head and dry them well. Add all the ingredients well (olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, parsley) in a bowl and place the shrimps inside. Let them marinated for an hour in the fridge. Preheat the oven in 200C. Place them in the grill of the oven: 4 minutes in one side and another 4 minutes in the other side in 180C.
