Ingredients:                                


1 kilo of shrimps

4 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 glove of garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon of mustard

1 teaspoon of parsley

Salt and pepper to taste





Directions:


Clean the shrimps well, remove the cover and the head and dry them well.

Add all the ingredients well (olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, parsley) in a bowl and place the shrimps inside.

Let them marinated for an hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven in 200C.

Place them in the grill of the oven: 4 minutes in one side and another 4 minutes in the other side in 180C.


Tip:


This is a summer dish that can be served with Greek salad or any other vegetable salad, either as a starter or as a main dish.
