Ingredients:
1 kilo of fish
1 kilo of potatoes
2 lemons
1 teaspoon of oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1 cup of water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Clean and was the fish. Cut into thick slices.
Clean and cut the potatoes lengthwise. Place the fish in the middle of the pan and place the potatoes around the fish. Add salt and pepper and spread oregano on top. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and water well and pour the mix all over the pan.
Put it in the oven and let it cooked for 1 hour in medium heat (150 C).
Tip:
A summer light dish which is ideal with Greek salad.
