Ingredients:
1/2 kg chick peas
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
1 cup of parsley, finely chopped
1 cup of scallions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs, finely ground
1 cup flour
1 egg
200 grams of feta cheese
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions:
One more recipe of “Keftedes” family. Same cooking as previous, but:
Soak the chick peas in water overnight. Drain and mash with a mixer. Place in a bowl and add chopped onion, mashed tomato, breadcrumb, finely chopped parsley and dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Add cheese, beaten eggs and a little flour to bind. Mix well, form into small balls and coat in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Tip:
You can smooth the taste of the chick peas by adding 1 mashed tomato
